Patron: The Honourable Malcolm McCusker AC, CVO, QC and Mrs Tonya McCusker AM

The Rose Society of WA Inc was founded in 1932 to encourage, improve, foster and extend the cultivation of the Rose and to develop appreciation of the most beautiful of flowers, The Rose.

With these aims in mind the Society hosts a variety of competitions, exhibitions, talks and provides information to assist members and the public with the growing and care of their roses.

The Rose Society of Western Australia has been holding our Rose Shows at the South Perth Community Centre for about 5 decades and also at the Guildford Town Hall in Guildford. These Shows provide a magnificent display of beautiful, scented roses for the public to enjoy.

Many gardeners attend their Rose Shows seeking advice on the latest information for growing roses, and gardens in general. Their expert rose growing members are always available to offer free advice.

Meeting Details

The Rose Society of Western Australia Inc General Meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month (except in January, July and December) at the South Perth Community Hall commencing at 7.30pm for a meeting, guest speaker, garden advice and fellowship.
